Office & Compliance Coordinator

Fincore Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and hardworking candidate to join our Corporate team. Working hours 9 – 6pm, Full time, located in the City. Salary: market competitive. NO AGENCIES PLEASE.

As an Office & Compliance Coordinator you will support us with various office and administrative task such as:

Facilities Management

  • Liaison with landlord, telecoms providers and other service providers
  • Physical Security and Access Control, communicating with relevant departments
  • Health & Safety responsibilities, risk assessments, PAT, Fire Safety & First Aid
  • Office Inventory and Asset Control, in conjunction with ICT and Finance
  • Planning, scheduling and allocation of works within the office

Risk and compliance

  • Supporting the Compliance Manager in the delivery of our various accreditations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, as well as our legal and regulatory requirements
  • Co-ordinating training and results tracking
  • Support internal and external reviews, following up with appropriate risk tracking
  • Record and documentation support, both physical and digital, to ensure proper retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal

Communication and Media

  • Internal office communication, filtering and effectively imparting knowledge
  • Working with company website, social media presence and outgoing communications, ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Efficient at prioritising own workload and pro-active to anticipate situations
  • Maintains discretion – easily work in an area where confidentiality is paramount
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple channels
  • Able to build effective business relationships in a context of constant change
  • Have Bachelor’s Degree and industry experience
